    Biography

I am a mental health counselor with experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, transitional changes, gender dysphoria, personality disorders, and other related concerns. I started my career working as a behavioral therapist after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelors in Psychology. I spent over 3 years working with children on the autism spectrum, before transitioning into the counseling field, receiving my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College.

My integrative approach utilizes psychotherapeutic techniques drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to assist with facilitating support towards client specific goals.

Therapy is both unique and personal in nature. I strive to create a space of warmth, empathy, and safety in order to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. I believe that caring for yourself is a necessary part of life and am passionate about providing a space for you to grow.
